JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The main accusation against the petitioner is of torture. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner disputes the factum of proper marriage and claims to have performed marriage with younger sister of the informant namely, Jyoti Kumari.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
