JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 504, 323 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner entered into an agreement with the informant to sale 17 decimals of land appertaining to Plot No. 1065, Khata No. 12 and took consideration amount of Rs. 1,36,000/- but subsequently sold the said land to one Balmati Devi. The petitioner has not returned the consideration amount also. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a widow. The informant was under raiyat and by forging the document the agreement to sale has been prepared.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
