As relative of informant, namely, Pankaj Yadav had facilitated the police to apprehend Manikant, in retaliation thereof petitioner along with others so named therein, unnamed being in 15-20 in number kept the informant under wrongful confinement and during course thereof, he was assaulted by butt of pistol as well as rupees five thousand in cash, chain were snatched from him. After arrival of the police, the accused persons escaped therefrom leaving the informant. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 09-10-2017.
Accordingly, petitioner Raju Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
