JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition to approach the learned trial court by filing a petition for release of the vehicle under Section 451/457 Cr.P.C. in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

It is directed that if the petitioner approaches the concerned court in seisin of the Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018, by filing appropriate petition for release of the vehicle, within a period of four weeks from today, the said Court shall pass the final order within a period of four weeks of filing of the said petition.
