The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 576 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of one case under the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.

Permission is accorded with the liberty aforesaid. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
