15-06-2015 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. The allegation against the petitioner is that being Junior Engineer, he has given electric line negligently and due to said action of the petitioner, one pole-man died due to electrocution.

Sri Shailendra Kumar-I, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer of the petitioner. I have perused the materials available on record.

No.19013 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 In view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely; Sanjay Kumar be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.Rai, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
