In this case the petitioners are claiming the Matric Trained Scale as has been mentioned in paragraph 1 of the writ application and further submits that this case is squarely covered by Judgment of Brajesh Kumar and others Vrs.State of Bihar and others and Shivdani Prasad and others Vrs. The State of Bihar and others reported in 2015 (3) PLJR 779.
The authority will examine the case of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5000 of 2013 (9) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 petitioners within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the respondent authority would find that the case of the petitioner is evenly covered by the aforesaid case and the benefit which has been extended to Brajesh Kumar and others of the aforesaid case will also be extended to the petitioner.
This Court is not expressing any opinion in this regard.
With this observation this writ application is disposed of.
