Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that his wife transferred online money from her account in the bank account of this petitioner, though she was not carrying any balance and the petitioner withdrew the same. The entire transaction took place though online transfer. Hence, the system of the bank was also at fault and no bank official is accused in this case. In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57275 of 2017 (3) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Town Police Station Case No. 510 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
