2. The following prayer has been made by the petitioner:- "The present application has been filed for directing the respondents for mutation/name transfer, agreement, possession. Lease deed in the name of petitioner relating to allotted High Income Group, Plot No. 2H/51, Bahadupur, Patna in place of his grandfather Late Gopi Ram Agrawal."

3. Mr. S.K.P. Sinha, learned counsel for the Housing Board submits that the petitioner has not done his part therefore, the Housing Board has not been able to take steps.

4. The Housing Board is directed to issue a detailed letter to the petitioner within one week from the date of communication of a copy of this order as to what are the documents and what are the steps to be taken by the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner will do the necessary and if the petitioner does everything in time and furnishes all the documents and details within time then the Housing Board shall complete the formalities within the three months of completion of all the formalities by the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
