The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 231 of 2023 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 225, 333, 307, 337, 338, 353, 427, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Prosecution case in short is that four persons in an inebriated condition were apprehended by the police party whereafter the accused persons created chaos and started pelting stones on the police team due to which members of police party

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62071 of 2024(2) dt.30-08-2024 2/3 sustained injury and the vehicle also got damaged. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged against them and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR but no incriminating article has been recovered from the house of the petitioners. No specific allegation is levelled against the petitioners, rather allegation is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners bear clean antecedent. Other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 23-08-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59020 of 2024.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where
