ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Trial No.4505 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No.384 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. A bare perusal of the complaint petition it appears that there is a land dispute between the parties.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let all the three petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46629 of 2014 (3) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri R.K. Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Trial No.4505 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No.384 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
