JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2017 Heard the parties. Earlier, prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 03.03.2017 by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10152 of 2017 with direction to expedite and conclude the trial as early as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other accused has been granted bail vide order dated 13.07.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 32581 of 2017 and 30.06.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 20551 of 2017,as such, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for bail.

Heard learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayed for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54825 of 2017 (3) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the appellant at this stage. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same within a reasonable period as fixed.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition is dismissed.
