The petitioner is in jail custody since 18.11.2015 on the accusation that he replaced the ATM cards of the informant and made attempt to withdraw money from his account but the petitioner could not succeed in his attempt and he was chased by the informant and subsequently, he was caught and some ATM cards were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation of the present case has already been completed. Accordingly, the petitioner Md. Haidar Alam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Rafiganj P.S. No. 182/2015.
