2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T. Act, registered in connection with Jehanabad S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a concocted case and in any event even according to the FIR the petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence at the time when any offending words attracting the provisions of S.C./S.T. Act were uttered. Moreover, the accusation of committing theft is not attributed to this petitioner. The remaining penal offences are bailable in nature.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or

No.27540 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
