Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner is under suspicion in the FIR to have induced the minor daughter of the informant to go with him.

The statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in totality reveals that she had some affairs with coaccused, namely, Sunil Poddar and under pressure she made statement before the police.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner who is a female, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61508 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Supaul Police Station Case No. 327 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
