Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused, namely, Madan Paswan has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42780 of 2017 considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation of assault to the father of the informant as a result whereof he died. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61585 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Harnaut (Kalyan Bihga) Police Station Case No. 117 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
