The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 399/400/401/402/413/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that no fire-arm or any other incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The co-accused from whose possession fire-arm was recovered has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.50139 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54483 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sadar (Darbhanga) (Bhelpatti O.P.) P.S. Case No.59 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
