This is an application, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking, inter alia, a writ, in the nature of public interest litigation, directing the State-respondent authorities, namely, respondent Nos. 1 to 4, to remove respondent No.5, namely, Smt. Renuka Kumari, from the Dialysis Unit, who, being Sister-in-Charge of the Dialysis Unit, is alleged to have

Patna High Court CWJC No.2101 of 2016 (6) dt.08-04-2016 misbehaved with patients, their attendants and other Sister Nurses at the Dialysis Unit of Patna Medical College and Hospital, Patna, though several complaints have been made against her, but no action has been taken by the State Government. Upon perusal of the materials on record and hearing learned Counsel for the parties concerned, it transpires that a show cause notice has been issued to the respondent No.5, namely, Smt. Renuka Kumari by respondent No.4, namely, Superintendent, Patna Medical College and Hospital, Patna.

In view of the above, we do not find that this writ petition, in the form of Public Interest Litigation, calls for any further direction of this Court except that the State respondents including respondent No.4, namely, Superintendent, Patna Medical College and Hospital, Patna, shall do the needful in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today. With the above observations and directions, this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
