Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 466, 467, 468, 472 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2016 with allegation that he was involved in fictitious transfer of GPF amount from different account holder.

The report of the trial Judge would reveal that the case is still pending for appearance.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53406 of 2017 (4) dt.02-01-2018 2/2 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Daniyawa Police Station Case No. 67 of 2015, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be the government servant and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
