The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 511 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further he submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
