2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 148 of 2023 dated 12.02.2023 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the sister of the informant was hanged to death on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand by her husband, father-in-law and cousin devar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the cousin devar of the deceased and he resides in his own house. He was not present at the place of incident. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and he has no concerned with the affairs of the deceased and her

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner above named be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 148 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
