JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Petitioner who is husband is languishing in custody since 14.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of torture and demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant and is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in para 7 of the petition which reads as follows :

"7. That the petitioner is the husband of the complainant and is ready to keep his wife (complainant with full dignity and affection."

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4759 of 2016 (2) dt.29-01-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, in Complaint Case No. 741C of 2010.
