=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In view of the order dated 07.10.2015, learned G.P.-18 submits that the gratuity amount of Rs. 4,85,535/- has been forwarded to the Bank for being credited in the account of the petitioner and thus the same in all likelihood must have been credited, but if the same has not been done, it shall be done latest by tomorrow.
The authorities shall also look into the aspect as to whether the remaining Rs. 1,001/- has been paid to the petitioner and if not, the same shall be also credited to her
Patna High Court CWJC No.19610 of 2014 dt.15-10-2015 2/2 account within two weeks from today, which shall be the responsibility of respondent no. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
