2.The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus for consideration of the petitioner's representation, which is annexed as Annexure P/3 to the writ petition. From a perusal of the said representation, it transpires that the petitioner has prayed that inauguration is his natural right. Therefore, in order to avail such right, the petitioner has approached this Court through the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as being frivolous.
