JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

One countrymade loaded pistol with two cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner on 04.05.2017, having no criminal antecedent as disclosed under Para-3 of the petition. At an earlier occasion, prayer for bail having made on behalf of petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 19.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.36449 of 2017.

Accordingly, petitioner, Sakindra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P. S. Case No.123 of 2017.
