2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.46 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379, 385,120B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioners have participated in assaulting the victim. The accused persons have fired upon the victim.

4. The learned senior counsel opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail, this bail application is dismissed.

5. The petitioners are directed to surrender and pray
