02. 09.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Natwar P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 224, 225, 332, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Sri Ved Prakash Nanda, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vikramganj, Rohtas (or its successor).

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. The prayer for bail is rejected. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
