JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 2.11.2017 seeks bail in Parwalpur PS Case No. 169 of 2017 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name was disclosed by one of the co-accused Tulan @ Tusan and leading to his statement looted truck was recovered, however no incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner subsequent to his confessional statement, he was also not put on TIP and is in custody since 2.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rohit Kumar @ Khopadia is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur PS Case No. 169 of 2017 with the following conditions:- (i) one of the bailors shall be a close family member of the
