JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.112 of 2016, a case under Sections 364/365/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Later on converted to Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.

According to F.I.R. the named persons are suspected to have abducted to the grandfather and grandmother of the informant due to land dispute. Subsequently, their dead body were recovered. Names of the petitioners have transpired in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54674 of 2017 (3) dt.03-01-2018 P2/ confessional statement of Laljit Pasi, who has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.52452 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
