JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Laukahi P.S.Case No. 268 of 2017 registered under Sections 147,148,149,307,323,324,341 and 504 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that there is case and counter case in between both sides due to land dispute however allegation of specific overt act of making firing is against Dev Kumar Yadav and Amar Kumar Yadav and petitioner is said to be one order giver.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as there is no specific accusation of any assault committed by the petitioner, so he, namely, Ram Deo Paswan @ Ramdeo Paswan, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each
