Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit in the court itself and the same is being kept on record.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupau P.S. Case No. 101 of 2025 instituted for the offence under Sections 80 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 4.
The informant reported that her daughter was harassed for a demand of Rs. 4 lakhs and a motorcycle, and was denied food by her in-laws. On 19.06.2025, she was informed by Rajballam Kumar that her daughter had died. The informant
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56107 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/3 suspects that her daughter was murdered by her in-laws and relatives including Lallu Kumar, Rajballam Kumar, K.B. Yadav, and others.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20-06-2025. Petitioner bears no criminal antecedent, as per disclosure made in paragraph No. 3 of the bail application.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation attributed to the petitioner, rather allegation is general and omnibus in nature. Husband of the deceased in already in custody.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 8.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and there being no specific allegation against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
