The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The complainant made specific allegation against the petitioner that he subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

The petitioner moved before learned Sessions Judge for anticipatory bail in the year 2013 vide A. B. P. No. 455/2013 and his anticipatory bail petition was dismissed on 12.03.2013 but the petitioner did not move before this court. The petitioner filed another petition for anticipatory bail on the ground that his wife has re-married.

Considering the fact that the petition is of the year

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30516 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 2013 and the petitioner made attempt after attempt for anticipatory bail without appearing in the court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
