The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 11.08.2023, whereby name and number of P.S. case is wrongly typed as "Bihpur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2023" instead of "Taraiya PS Case No. 99 of 2023". It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the P.S. Case name as well as number has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as "Bihpur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2023" instead of "Taraiya PS Case No. 99 of 2023". In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50059 of 2023 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64850 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 surrender before learned ACJM 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 99 of 2023, within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
