But, it has been submitted by the leaned counsel for the petitioner that issue has been resolved between the parties hence, the matter has been taken up on merits. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494, 498A, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basis accusation is of torture and performing second marriage. It is also alleged that petitioner attempted to kill the informant by causing burn injury.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4452 of 2016 (3) dt.19-05-2016 petitioner that petitioner admits the marriage with the informant and he is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour. Today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that issue has been resolved between the parties as both sides decided to part ways. Application to that effect has been filed before the learned court below.

In view of the above, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sadar Thana P.S. Case No. 699 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
