JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 118(2), 303(2), 76, 333, 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that these two petitioners, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, abused and assaulted one Jaynarayan Gami.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56317 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 have committed no offence. As a matter of fact, both parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they, along with other accused persons, assaulted one Jaynarayan Gami as a result of which he sustained four injuries out of which one is grievous in nature.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
