JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57323 of 2017.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017 dated 02.04.2017 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

Mr. N.K. Agarwal, learned senior advocate for the petitioner does not press the application on the merits of the case but submits that since the petitioner has remained in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24085 of 2018 (3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 for about a year, necessary direction be given to the Trial Court to conclude the trial in the shortest period possible. He has also submitted that the petitioner shall participate in the trial and would not cause any impediment in early disposal of the case.

Let the Trial Court conclude the proceeding as early as possible, preferably within a period of one year. With the aforesaid observation, the prayer for bail is rejected.
