JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of the husband of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same as well as commission of death for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. Husband is already in custody. Submission is that due to some family dispute, the victim committed suicide and petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59551 of 2017 (3) dt.11-01-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kurtha Police Station Case No. 126 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
