The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide detailed order dated 21.06.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.976 of 2021, the prayer for bail of the petitioner alongwith one, Om Prakash Yadav was rejected by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neighbour of the victim. It is further submitted that the police has submitted final form against the mother and brothers of the co-accused, Jai Prakash Yadav finding the case false against them. It is submitted that one co-accused has been granted bail by J.J. Board.
