That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writs/ directions commanding the respondents State to produce the two minors children from the possession of respondent no. 4, namely, Lakhraj and his younger brother and thereafter hand over the guardianship to petitioner for proper mental and physical development of two minors children and also grant any other reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
