One country made katta is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner does criminal antecedent of three cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 25.11.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Brahmpura P.S.
