The contempt application has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 11.9.2012 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 16492 of 2012.

In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties it is stated that the entire CPF of Rs.5,42,916/- as also the interest till the date of payment amounting to Rs.4,28,256/- has been paid to the petitioner by cheques bearing different dates from 29.2.2004 to 3.4.2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the aforesaid position.

In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
