Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22 (1B)a, 26, 35 of the Indian Penal Code and 10 of the Unlawful Assembly Prevention Act.

It is alleged that Bhola Mahto, Abid Choudhary and the petitioner conceal arms and ammunition in the house of the informant. On the information of the informant to the police, the police recovered the same.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the actual recovery was made from the house of the informant, but he has not been made accused. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sahodara P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sri Kumar Shuhanshu, J.M., Ist Class, West Champaran, Bettiah. With this observation this application is disposed of.
