The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498-A, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the nature of allegation and the defence of innocence taken by the petitioner and the plea that the case has been instituted on account of matrimonial discord and incompatibility, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
