2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2018.

3. Prosecution case is that 28.600 liters of country made liquor were recovered from Alto car and it is alleged that petitioner fled away from the spot on seeing the police .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the alleged liquor has been recovered from an Alto car and on seeing the police this petitioner fled away from the spot.

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that petitioner was present at the spot and after seeing the police he fled away, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
