In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences punishable under section 341, 323, 448, 324, 379 and 504/34 of the I.P.C and sections 3 (v) (x) (xv) of SC/ST Act.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that when the informant standing in his Saloon one Subhash Sigh came and abused him by caste name and picked up razor from the saloon and gave blow on his throat due to which blood started oozing and Rs. 200/- and a mobile phone was snatched from the informant and when father of the informant complained he was also assaulted by his father and petitioner no.2.

No.28860 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the main allegation of offence under SC/ST Act is against Subhash Singh and sofar petitioners are concerned no offence under SC/ST Act is made out. It is further submitted that the petitioner have got no criminal antecedents.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Gaya in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) Abhay/- U T
