JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-04-2015 Contention of the petitioner is that the Pay Verification Cell has shifted his date of absorption on the post of Lecturer. Such a decision contained in Annexure-7, which is part of Interlocutory Application No. 1195 of 2015, is under challenge. It is the contention of the counsel of the petitioner that such a decision of the Pay Verification Cell is under the teeth of pronouncement already made on identical circumstance, which is the case of Dr. Kedar Nath Pandey & Ors. V. The Magadh University, Bodhgaya through its Registrar & Ors. reported in 2015(1) PLJR 574.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20008 of 2014 dt.08-04-2015 2/2 Annexure-7 is quashed. The respondents will act in terms of the decision rendered in the above case. This writ is allowed.
