The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.282 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case
