JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Dawath PS Case No. 84 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the IPC. Submission is that except confessional statement regarding his involvement made by the petitioner there is no other material. The aforesaid confessional statement was made in another case and there is no recovery of the motorcycle looted in the present case from the petitioner nor was he put on TIP. The police has submitted charge-sheet in this case.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Prakash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dawath PS Case No. 84 of 2016.
