11-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Case No. C2/178/18 for the offences punishable under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the recovery of 351 liters of Nepali Saufi Wine from the possession of the petitioner and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No. C2/178/18.
