JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim has been recovered and her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded. The victim stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she willfully married with the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, statement of victim as well as this aspect of the matter that investigation has already been completed, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge IIIrd, Muzaffarpur in Mushahari P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015.
